This is the largest open space in Redditch, covering 3.6 km2 (900 acres) of countryside. The River Arrow runs through it and it features the 29 acre man-made Arrow Valley Lake, offering a range of wildlife habitats.
Fishing by ticket on the lake (70 pegs) is available for carp and bream, perch, roach and rudd. Water sports are also popular: the lake is home to the Redditch Sailing Club which provides dinghy sailing, and a private company on site also offers kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding and a climbing wall near the lake. For walkers, there are plenty of trails and pathways of varying lengths, and there is full disabled access around the park.
Cycling trails run alongside both lake and river. There is woodland and open spaces for exploration and outdoor play. The park has won the Green Flag Award in the past.
