Cardiff has been an essential part of Doctor Who for the last 20 years, be it as Victorian London, Depression era New York or present day Paris. Across two and a half hours, we will discover the heart and soul of Doctor Who in the Welsh capital, and traverse 13 series of the show, while discussing filming locations, important scenes and characters, as well as crucial buildings and streets. The Doctor Who Tour covers a range of locations from Cardiff's Civic Centre area to the city centre itself and then finishes in Cardiff Bay. See the six main waterfalls of the Brecon Beacons as well as some smaller falls and cascades, and admire the scenic valleys and the forest landscapes. Meet your guide at National Museum Cardiff. Then it's off to Pontneddfechan and the start of our hike. We will hike to and visit each waterfall as you learn about the local area from your guide. You'll gain 400m of height on the 15km hike which is often over rough, muddy and broken ground. For our hiking troubles, we get amazing scenic views of the park and wonderful memories of sparkling waterfalls. Immerse yourself in the landscape as you get the chance to walk behind some of the waterfalls. Perhaps you will take an invigorating swim in the final pool to finish off the tour!

Marvel at the cliffs of Nash Point, part of the Wales Coast Path, which offers spectacular walking routes with breath-taking views of the Bristol Channel. Afterward, spend some time at Dunraven Bay, a popular destination known for its impressive limestone cliffs and rock pools. Then, take a look at the ruins of Ogmore Castle, featuring parts of the stone keep, a curtain wall, and a gatehouse. Next, enjoy a stroll through St. Fagans National Museum of History, one of Europe's leading open-air museums and Wales's most popular heritage attraction. The final stop will be in Caerphilly town to marvel at Caerphilly Castle—a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the largest castle in Wales. Entrance is optional; you can also spend your free time exploring the charming town, which is filled with cafes, quaint shops, and souvenir spots. Finally, sit back and enjoy the ride back to Cardiff to the designated meeting point, concluding a day filled with exploration and discovery.
