Caswell Bay & Beach is a sandy beach popular with families and holiday makers, located in the south east side of the Gower Peninsula, in Swansea, Wales. It is also popular for surfers, being home to a surf school offering lessons all year round, and it is a Blue Flag beach. It can be accessed easily by car or by public transport. Lifeguard service is provided from May to the end of September. The beach stretches half a mile and is backed by cliffs and wooded valley. The eastern part of the bay is the more interesting aspect of the beach to seek at low tide; a shallow cave and some spectacular geology can ne investigated.
