About Crib Goch

Crib Goch is a summit within Snowdonia National Park, in the region of Gwynedd, Wales. Its elevation reaches 923 m (3028 feet). All paths which approach the summit are considered scrambles in summer and mountaineering routes in winter. The mountain has tripped up plenty of hill walkers luring them into a false sense of a security, so excellent scrambling skills are required. For the most part, it takes the shape of a nice, bronzed, knife edge ridge, linking the mountain's summit with Wales' 2nd highest summit, Garnedd Ugain, and eventually, Snowdon.
