About Foel Grach

Foel Grach is a summit in the Carneddau range, in Gwynedd, Wales. Its elevation reaches 976 m (3202 feet) and is the 8th highest mountain in Snowdonia and Wales. The summit is situated on a large edge extending northwards from Carnedd Llewlyn to Garnedd Uchaf and Foel-fras. Beneath the summit was built an emergency refuge. It offers stunning views of Isle of Man and even the Mourne Mountains in the north of Ireland, on clear days.
