Llyn Bochlwyd is a wild and robust mountain lake with a surface of 10.4 acres, enclosed by heather clad, boulder strewn slopes, in Snowdonia, Gweynedd region of Wales. It can be accessed only by a footpath. It offers an amazing view of the Glyderau, Y Garn and the Nant Francon Valley, and it stands near Llyn Ogwen at an altitude of 555 m (1821 feet). This lake is also known as Lake Australia, for its shape.
