Pigeon’s Rock is a striking natural landmark on the western coast of Beirut. The two arch-shaped rock formations are one of Beirut’s most famous features and a popular tourist attraction.
The seaside promenade – known as the ‘Corniche Beirut’ – in Raouché offers excellent views of the landmark. However, several rugged but convenient trails lead to the lower cliffs and a more peaceful vantage point. During the summer months, small boat tours allow visitors to get even closer to the rocks and surrounding caves. These tours are available for a small fee.
