Polurrian Cove Beach is somewhat secluded and limited in terms of facilities, but is still a lovely family beach. Even at high tide, there is over 150m (492ft) of sand to enjoy. Sheltered by high cliffs, it is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a Site of Special Scientific Interest, with views out to Mullion Island and excellent walks along the cliff tops above. Access to the beach is via steep footpaths from Mullion village or the Polurrian Hotel. Swimming is recommended only under the supervision of a lifeguard. Surfing is good for all abilities.
