About Vatersay Bay Beach

Vatersay Bay Beach is a sandy beach with aquamarine sea located in the Isle of Vatersay, Western Isles, Scotland. It is a stunning and unspoilt white sandy beach backed by dunes and rolling hills. The remains of a Catalina Flying Boat can be observed on the side of the road on the north part of the bay. It provides stunning photographs from the north side of the beach on the edge of the sand dunes, looking south toward the village. Wildlife includes otters, seals and herons.
