Babbacombe Beach is situated in Torquay, South Devon. A sandy beach, it is sheltered in a cove and is one of the South West's leading diver training and scuba diving centres.

Anglers and boating enthusiasts also congregate here, as well as swimmers, windsurfers and sailors. There are boats and pedaloes for hire. Diving and snorkelling are also available. Walkers can enjoy the South Devon Coast Path, which runs around the bay. Because of the mild climate in the area, nature enthusiasts will enjoy the luxuriant plant life and rare butterflies in the surrounding area.
