About Duddon Valley

Duddon Valley lies in the Lake District National Park, in Cumbria, England. It is passed by the River Duddon, rising in the mountains between Eskdale and Langdale, before flowing into the Irish Sea. It offers a nice walking with amazing views - on the fells, via forest and woodland and along the river bank. Close to it is the historic town of Broughton-in-Furness, that boasts pubs with food, a nice grocer's with the local produduce and a Tourist Information Centre. The small villages of Ulpha and Seathwhite are tow main points of the valley. Many cottages can be found to rent, enjoying a beautiful holiday.
