Freshwater East Beach is a large golden sand beach backed by dunes located in the village with the same name, in Pembrokeshire, south-west Wales. The accesss to the beach can be a little bit difficult, steep hills stands around it. It is revealed plenty of sand at low tide, providing good ball games on the beach. It is a Seaside Award and a Green Coast Award beach, both granted in 2015. Freshwater Caravan Park stands behind it, which offers some outdoor activities and The Longhouse cafe and restaurant. This beach is a popular destination for holidaying in the region.
