About Mangurstadh Beach

Mangurstadh Beach is located in Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, Scotland. It is one of the best beaches on the island. The Atlantic waves hammer the coastline like they have crushed shells to a silky soft consistency to make the stunning white sand. The sea here can be so fierce that you really wouldn't swim in it. The waves crashing about are dramatic. There are cliffs and a small top on the south part of it, providing a good vantage spot for photographs and also a little area of dunes at the back of the beach.
