Penmon Point Beach

Penmon Point Beach is one of the Anglesey's Hidden Gems, hidden away to the east of Beaumaris and near Penmon Lighthouse at Trwyn Du. Although is not a wide sandy beach, it's a magical spot to chill out. The beach is very well placed for sunbathing at low tide. It is also well disposed for anglers. It is designated as a rural beach and so falls outside of the usually designated Anglesey Blue Flag Beaches, still it was granted the Seaside Award by the "Keep Wales Tidy" in 2006. It is an old fashioned beach with no facilities included.
