It is a popular beach holiday destination. It has won in 2004 the European Blue Flag award. Offers safe bathing and paddling. At low tide the sand stretches for miles providing children a lot of space to play or stroll. The beach presents plenty of rock pools. Dogs are allowed on this beach and it provides lifeguard service, too.
