About Rhossili Beach

Rhossili Beach is a sandy beach located in the small village with the same name, on Gower Peninsula, region of Swansea, Wales. The beach can be accessed via steps from the village, being a fair way down and, as consequence, offers no access by wheelchair. It lies within an area designated as the first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Britain. The beach is very popular with surfers. The views can be compared and are best viewed from one of the many walking paths, which feature this beach, Worm's Head and the cliffs. Seals and dolphin may be spotted.
