Sgwd yr Eira

Sgwd yr Eira is an attractive fall in the southern Wales. It dives over a hard band of sandstone whose overhang defends the walker from the full force of the water. Appropriate footwear is necessary before starting this strenuous walk, some parts are steep with lots of steps but worth the effort to see the views and to walk behind it, being a curtain waterfall so when you have finished admiring from the front, you can step inside and admire it from behind. This fall is on the Hepste river.
