St. Andrews East Beach is located on the south part of an old harbour close to the East Sands Leisure Center, in Fife, Scotland. It is a sandy beach, suited for a series of watersports, such as surfing and sailing, thanks to its vicinity to the harbour and the sailing club. It offers many activities for children too, such as fascinating rock pools at the south side of the beach. It is patrolled by lifeguards during the main season. It is connected to the Fife Coastal Path. Seals, wales and dolphins are regularly seen of the coast. The beach is cleaned weekly, so dog walkers are encouraged to keep their dog under control.
