About Anderby Beach

A tranquil, unspoilt beach lying within the Lincolnshire Coastal Country Park, Anderby Creek is sandy and backed by sand dunes. It is Marine Conservation Society Recommended for its water quality. A cloud viewing platform on the beach looks out to sea, providing facilities for sky-watching across this quiet stretch of coast.

There are several nature reserves in the area, including the Anderby Marsh Reserve, a small strip of marshland and reed beds between the old sea bank and the sand dunes where conservation priority birds such as lapwings, curlews, reed bunting and snipe thrive. Kite buggies and sea fishing are permitted.
