About Kingsbury Water Park

About Kingsbury Water Park

Kingsbury Water Park has over 2.4 km2 (600 acres) of land and 15 lakes, many formed from former gravel extraction pits. On the River Tame, it is owned and managed by Warwickshire County Council. It provides ideal habitats for a wide range of birdlife and also hosts many water sports activities including jet skiing, water skiing, power boating and sailing. In total 12 of the lakes are suitable for fishing in one of the largest and most diverse fisheries in the Midlands. In addition to numerous footpaths, marked cycle routes and pathways, there is a children’s farm and play area and Elhills Wood Railway, a miniature ride-on railway.
