About The Sands at Morar National Scenic Area

The Sands of Morar are a famous series of nice sandy beaches, which spice the coastline from Arisaig to Morar, in Highland, Scotland. Most are easy to access from the roadside. An exquisite string of white sandy beaches, with scenic views out to the Small Isles of Rum, Eigg, Muck and Canna, the Silver Sands of Morar are a wonderful destination. A known spot with walkers, the beaches can all be accessed from the road and can be tasted individually or as a route. The beaches contain the back of Keppoch and Camusdarach on the coastline.
