About Trevone Bay Beach

This pleasant, sandy cove is Marine Conservation Society Recommended. With high cliffs on one side and rocky platforms on the other, it's possible to find sheltered spots. Grassy areas above are good for watching the beach below. There are rock pools and a stream crosses the beach. It's a great location for surfing, and body boarding in summer, but less suitable for swimming due to the strong currents in the area. At the north east side of the beach, there is a blow hole in the cliffs, called Round Hole, which is particularly spectacular in stormy weather.
