About Becky Falls

Becky Falls, originally known as Becka Falls, is a tourist attraction in Dartmoor, England, centred on a waterfall of around 20 m (66 ft) down a boulder-strewn bed. It is part of the Becky Falls Woodland Park, a privately owned nature reserve that allows visitors to explore the natural beauty of the area. In addition to the waterfall, there is a woodland park with features such as a children's zoo, woodland trail and crafts.

The waterfall is on the Becka Brook, one of the main tributaries of the River Bovey and, as the brook passes through, two sets of waterfalls are created. The waterfall is located in an ancient landscape dating back to the last Ice Age over 12,000 years ago. Apart from the Becky Falls, there are also plenty of other small waterfalls to enjoy while you’re walking around.

Becky Falls is a dog friendly location; however, you should keep your dog on a lead at all times. Swimming is not permitted at Becky Falls.
