Burghead Bay Beach

Burghead Beach labels the eastern end of Burghead Bay. It is a calm beach, known for its watersports opportunities, and sometimes you can see windsurfers and kite surfers in action. Initially stony, it becomes sandy. The tide carries a long way out, making it perfect for kite buggies. Burghead has some fine pubs, shops, as well as a mobile cafe that can be found near the esplanade. For one of the best sights in Moray, head up to the top of Burghead.
