Lundy Island is located in the Bristol Channel, in Devon, England. In the noise of the modern world, the island is a place apart, quiet and unspoiled, being never crowded, even in the top of the summer. There are two ways to get to the island, but it depends on the period of the year. In summer months, tourists are carried on the Landmark Trust's own vessel and in the winter months the island is served by a helicopter service. It presents various terrain, the west side with high and rugged cliffs, exposed to the ocean, and the east side with grassy slopes, trees and many sorts of wild flowers.
