Poole Harbour at Hamworthy Park Beach

This seaside park covers 26.5 acres of land and beach on the northern shore of Poole Harbour. The park contains a large paddling pool and outdoor play area for children while the sandy beach offers a base for wind surfers, kite surfers and sailing for all abilities. Part of the beach also falls within Poole Harbour Site of Special Scientific Interest and the parkland features attractive, established gardens with Mediterranean shrubs and planting. There are lovely views across the harbour.
