Ben Starav is a Munro in the Scottish Highlands which stands with Beinn nan Aighenan and Glas Bheinn Mhor mountains in relative isolation at the south western end of Glen Etive. Ben Starav towers impressively over Loch Etive, rising to an elevation of 1,078 m (3,537 ft). The three peaks are often climbed together.
The summit of Ben Starav is composed of five ridges, the main one of which heads to north. There are fantastic views from the top, although climbers will have earned these, as the ascent is up steep and rocky terrain which can involve boggy ground and some scrambling.
