I'm an experienced Oxford guide who turned my hobby cycling the Cotswolds, into this fun tour activity. Electric bikes allow you to ride up and down gentle slopes & to experience an active day out in nature, without breaking sweat or getting sore muscles! We will see the remains of a Roman villa, a medieval manor house & enjoy a pub lunch at an award winning pub. Coach tours to the Cotswolds all drop off at the same places which get crowds. On this tour, instead we will visit small villages & see historic sites, away from the crowds, including some of the best scenery. The Cotswolds is a scenic part of England located only 70 minutes by train from London Paddington or less than 30 minutes tax ride from Oxford. It's my pleasure to share these sights & heritage with you on an active cycling tour. Participants must be fit and aged 14+ as the Cotswolds roads are lots of up and down cycling but the scenery plus the villages here are beautiful. Default itinerary is 10am to 5.30pm.

The hour long trek starts with a training session on an undulating track to ensure you can safely ride and control a your quad bike. Our experienced instructors will judge the rider’s ability and confidence and teach safe riding techniques before leading the trek on a suitably challenging route over our huge trekking area. Your session includes: - One hour on the quad bikes made up of instruction and trekking time - Safety equipment provided (crash helmet and gloves) - Full tuition ## Equipment We use powerful and agile, quad bikes. These are very capable machines offering: - Automatic gears (no clutch to worry about - you just press a button!) - Great suspension - Comfortable riding position - High-grip off-road tyres - Highly manoeuvrable - We provide Logic ATV helmets and gloves to protect hands from passing undergrowth - We're open all year round regardless of weather - No previous experience required as full tuition is provided

We're the largest clay shooting ground in the Midlands and look after thousands of shooters every year. Highly experienced and qualified instructors looks after the participants (they're really nice people too!) No previous experience is required.

This is a one hour session where every participant has their own set of equipment throughout. There will be a maximum of 8 people taking part at a time (typically several smaller groups mixed together) and an experienced instructor will be with the group throughout. The session starts with lots of practice rounds (each round involves firing 3 arrows at the target) to ensure everyone is familiar with the equipment and techniques. The instructor will provide continuous coaching to ensure everyone is safe and is improving. A final 9 arrow competition will decide who the overall winner is. No previous experience is required making the session suitable for any level of ability from absolute novice upwards. The activity is located at a large, well equipped activity centre offering toilets, refreshments, car parking (free) and shelters incase of poor weather. All you need is clothing suitable for spending one hour outdoors.

Leave Oxford city & the crowds behind on this small-group tour and enjoy a 3 hour bike ride with scenic views. Cycle past traditional narrow boats, ducks, swans, and of course Oxford's famous teams of rowers out on the Thames river. There are two routes available, both of which include an optional garden pub stop. Fun for all ages but a good family activity too. Learn about the rowing races and the historical importance of trade along the river, and the various writers, including Lewis Carroll, whose story-telling is the result of days messing about with boats on the river.

This activity concept is aimed at solo travellers who want a short introduction tour lasting typically about 90 minutes. The tour focus is variable eg about the university or Harry Potter in Oxford. The pricing reflects the fact that this tour can only be booked by 1 person max and if you 2 persons or more, please just book one of our alternative tours listed. Which college we may visit inside will depend on what's open and please note that if you are a Harry Potter fan, then instead option exists to see inside the Divinity school film site at the Bodleian library. Entry fee up to £3 is included in the tour. If you may wish to see inside any other colleges, that can be discussed on the day but with any additional higher entry costs to then be paid by yourself. The meeting point and start time is fixed and you are booking the guide for up to 90-120 minutes tour duration. See exclusions below for dates of eg university graduation dates or Xmas dates, when few or no colleges open.
