Loch Hope is a big loch for about 9.6 km (6 mile) long, situated near Lairg, in the northwest Sutherland, in Highland, Scotland. It is supplied by the River Strathmore and drained by the River Hope. It has been regarded for a long time as one of the Scotland's best sea trout lochs. Boats can be rented at the north and a the sound shore, too. The loch stands in the middle of a stunning landscape. The west shore is trackless, it can only be reached by boat or on foot.
