Talmine Beach is a small and secluded beach located to the south of the harbour of Talmine, in Sutherland, Highland region of Scotland. The harbour has a slipway appropriate for launching small boats, but it is very steep and very long. The Talmine Beach is a beautiful sandy one with several shipwrecks, one much more modern than the other. The village of Talmine is a small hamlet looking north east across Tongue Bay, being very close to its services. Closer at hand are the imaginatively called rabbit islands, with Sgeir an Oir to their north with its genuine rock arch.
