Reekie Linn is a waterfall in Perthshire, Scotland, on the River Isla. It is one of the most impressive and easiest waterfalls in the area to access, being just a short, five minute walk along a wooded path from the parking area. The walk passes along the edge of a deep gorge, though, and it is advisable to keep tight hold of children and dogs. The principal viewing point is a little way away from the falls themselves, but offers impressive views of the spray rising from the tumbling waters, appearing like smoke - from which the spot takes its name, ‘reekie’. The surrounding area is a magnet for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts, as well as wildlife lovers.
